In Development Features
- Working on Designing "Feats of Drakor" my unique view on how guild raids will work in a single player environment. Be able to help your guild progress without even having to be online at the same time!!, more news to come with this innovative feature.
- PvP Duels have been disabled, working on new version work in progress.
- New Combat Graphics have been designed, need to work on cutting them up and implementing them into the combat screen.

March 15, 2011 - v0.71 ALPHA Release (1 quest added)
- Updated Chat System, now shows many more lines (starts with 18 then keeps adding to it for your game session), downloads only new chat periodically instead of refreshing the latest 18 records every time.

- Edward on the Beach might have another quest for characters lvl 15-17.

- New Characters will now start with more Gold and more Healing Potions.
- Danof Arena is now set to level 5 to 22 (updated from level 1 to 17)
- Long-term buffs have been changed, now they will last for a set # of combat kills, instead of lasting until a set # of level-ups. Because if you were 90% into a level, the current formula wouldn't be effective to purchase a buff at that time since it lasts only until you "level-up".

April 5, 2010 - v0.4 ALPHA Release (huge code re-write/update, minor content update)
- Converting all of Drakor over to PHP/mySQL from ASP/MSSQL. This should help performance of the game and also fix all session issues we were having on the old hosting server.
- Adding new custom Item/Equipment graphics to the game to improve overall look of the game.
- Added new custom graphics for all 5 Races for male and female in the game.
- Added Gender to characters, now when creating new characters you have to specify a gender and also specify a gender on old characters before you can start playing them. pick well, the gender can not be changed.
- Customized some interface items in the game, to make them look better (navigation, map, etc)
- All Drakor Items now have a EMV = Estimated Market Value, you can sell Inventory Items to a NPC Vendor in the Market for instant gold his purchase price is set to 50% of the EMV. However, rare/valuable items would sell above the EMV if you sell to other players in the market.
- Drakor World Item Market v0.2 Update: Buying and Selling Items on the Drakor Market is NOW available, ALL Equipment/Weapon items can be bought/sold in the market. Once you sell an item to another Player on Drakor you will receive an in-game IM message stating the sale and you can pickup the gold on the Character who sold the item from any Market in Drakor. (If you wish to cancel an auction, buyout your own auction and collect your gold back from the market.)
- Buying on the Market has also triggered another change around Items, each item in drakor has an associated Level Requirement now, if your character is below the Required level you will not be able to equip that item.

- Started Drakor Forums v0.1 from scratch and migrated all the users over into the new database from the old ASP-based forum.
- Added "Featured Character" to the Forums where each member can specify their Featured Character which will be displayed in every post that they make on the forums (and replies).
- Migrated all Forum Users over successfully, you can use your same password on the new forums!
- Small Content Update: added a new hunting ground in the beginning area around levels 3-5, added some items and monsters.
- Added [Superior Quality] & [Artifact] Item types into the game, lower level [Superior Quality] items are similar to higher level Regular Items (these are more valuable items since you can use them with a lower Level Requirement) [Artifacts]s are very rare and very powerful items for their level requirement.
- Added some [RARE] Monsters into the game, these are server-wide spawns that once killed nobody else can kill them until the Monster has re-spawned into the Drakor world.
- Created a new Players Online page that will also display what other players are currently doing in Drakor (combat, adventuring, etc)
- NOTE: If you find any BUGS in the game please post them in the forums so we can fix them. This major code overhaul has bound to have introduced some bugs into the code.
March 23, 2007 - v0.2 ALPHA Release (content ongoing)
- Specific Monsters and Boss Monsters added to server spawn timers now. Meaning there are some new and some old monsters that are now on variable spawn timers. this means that when a player kills a specifc monster it will spawn again possibly in the same spot or it could spawn in a list of "areas" and you can kill it again after it is spawned. After one player kills the monster nobody else on that server will be able to kill it before it spawns again. ie> There could be a ghost haunting the Grey Woods for example, and when the monster spawns he could spawn in any area in the grey woods not linked to only one room. where others might respawn in their set room. Spawn timers are also variable and not fixed, so if we set a boss mob to respawn in a maximum of 10hrs the formula for spawn is it could respawn anywhere between 50%-100% of the max respawn time. So that boss mob will respawn anywhere between 5-10hrs after it was killed. This will help with camping of mobs.
- Character Inventory System have been added in, Dropped items can now replace your currently equipped item or you can throw it into an inventory slot, to keep for later or to swap out with other equipment without losing your current gear.
- Some monsters are now flagged "Boss" monsters, these monsters are obviously harder than normal monsters.
- Got a sweet new item? Now you can link your equipment items into the chat window. All you have to do is click on the orange [L] beside any of your equipment and it will paste in the item link code to link that item in chat. Then just submit the message and it's posted.
- Monster Dynamics, I've added "Protective Auras" to the monster's arsenal these will be represented by colors, different colors mean they are protected from different things. This will make it so some boss mobs will be increasingly hard to kill for certain classes. for example if a monster has a protective aura to physical combat for (10% absorption), this means that 10% of your total combat damage will be absorbed by the aura, but that specific monster won't absorb any magic damage therefore a magic heavy character will have an easier time with that specific monster than a combat heavy character.
- Added to show each of your character's class when you are Picking a Character to play.
- Added some Access Key listings in the Admin Section
- Changed the Server status info around a bit (top right hand corner of the interface)
- Modified the colors to the Drakor Menu system, also added in a Logoff Character Feature, and re-arranged the Menus a bit.
- Fixed Bug: Fixed a Quest Journal Error that showed all start quest NPCs were located in Field of Danof, when they were located all over the world, not just there. Now they show their correct starting point.
- Fixed Bug: Fixed the EXP Bar, when you were really close to leveling, the bar would say 100% even if it was supposed to say 99%, this should be fixed now (put the % to one decimal point, ie> 99.5%)
- Fixed Bug: There were a few places in the Augment Merchants, that when an error would come up or after successfully fusing an Aug to an equipment slot, it wasn't giving a link to go back to the Arena.
- Fixed Bug: Fixed when you would use a Battle Move that included a Heal command it would also let you do a combat round in the same round even if you didn't have Combat Healing.
- Fixed Layout Bug: IE7 & High Resolutions, Modified Drakor to use more CSS formatting. There might still be cosmetic issues in different resolutions. Please let me know if you notice anything.
May 10, 2005 - v0.11 ALPHA Release (no content)
- Quest Reviewer v0.03 Released, the system has been upgraded so we can add many new quests to the system and it won't effect the performance of this Quest Journal Page. It now only downloads the headers of the quests, then when you expand a certain quest it will download it's details, rather than downloading your whole Quest Journal at once.
- "Rollback Class / Skills" link on the left side bar (bottom) anyone playing in ALPHA will have this link, you can roll back your characters class/skills anytime you like to test out different classes or different skill choices. Now you can have one main character and test out all the different combinations of classes/skills/etc without the need to level another character. (this feature will be removed in Beta)
- Instant Messenger(IM) v0.03 Released, updated the system now it can be used as an in-game Email system. When you load your IM inbox you can now compose a message from selecting a player's username from a drop-down box. Also added in a few "back" buttons to help with your navigation.
- Added "Last Active" sort criteria to the top 100 player listing.
Skills Added/Updated:
- Negate Magic (Magic Primary Adventurers) has been implemented into the game. Negate magic skill can negate some or all of the magic effects that the monster executes on you. If the monster has 2 effects go off at the same time the negate magic skill rolls 2x and if both are successful it blocks both effects that round.
- Parry (Combat Primary Adventurers) has been implemented into the game. You can only Parry one attack with this skill, but if the monster hits you for a triple attack your Parry skill rolls 3 times to see if it parries any of the 3 attacks to a maximum parry of 1 attack.
- Fixed Bug: Fixed a bug with the Skills Sections where it wouldn't let you max out certain skillsets. This is now fixed.
April 18, 2005 - v0.10 ALPHA Release (with content)

- do battle with 40+ new monsters. Fame, fortune, and new treasures await your discovery!
Drakor Features Patch Information:
- PvP (player vs player) DUELS v0.1 implemented into the Arenas of Drakor, this new system is a very new idea on how to have two real players fight each other in a turn based system (through a webpage environment), this is an exciting new feature that will grow into a very fun feature in the game.
- Re-arranged the Arena page Layout so it's not so crowded/busy with the new Interface.
- Added Options Page to Creating PvP Duels, where you set the max amount of Healing Pots each player can use.
- Over-hauled the Drakor Chat system, now the chat system is embedded into the Drakor Interface with tons of new features you can adventure in Drakor while you chat with friends now. Again, for the interface to work/look correctly we recommend 1024x768 screen resolution or higher!
- Experience (Exp) System Upgraded, now the experience system is on a "point system" and not a percentage system. As you level up you'll need more Exp points for each level.
- Added in even more character customization, now current and newly created characters have to choose a Primary and Secondary Skill tree, which also limits or opens more levels of your skill path. Read the Drakor help file for more information.
- New Characters get 15 healing potions on creation now, instead of 5, to help the lower level players start playing the game.
- Note: All characters skills are rolled back when they select a primary and secondary skill tree, as depending on some choices you might not be able to select the combination of skills that you currently have
- Modified/Tweaked a bunch of skill sets, to be in line with the new character class customization.
- Added more levels to certain skillsets in the 25+ level skills and also added more skills to the 25+ skill set.
- Tweaked the Create a Character page, to have more direct links to the help file and also now it shows your class selection with which Primary/Secondary skills that you choose your character to follow.
- These changes should help balance out some of the issues that people were having after maxxing out all of the combat/magic/healing skill trees, they would become too powerful.
- Added functionality for Invisible locked rooms, places that won't show up if you don't have access to get to them ie> areas that are for other "race" quests or other places you don't get to go depending on your prior choices in game.
- Tweaked Quests so that now, low level quests will not give characters that are too high in level..any experience.
- Adding in lvl 60+ Race-Specific Skillsets so players will have even more abilities/skills to choose from to progress their player in the ever evolving world of Drakor
- Tweaking the Drakor UI, now, the interface should size to whichever resolution your using, please use 1024x768 or higher, or things won't show correctly and you will get scroll bars in various places.
- Another graphics change in the combat window, now your Hit Points and the Opponents Hit Point bar both have a new look, similar to the new EXP bar.
- Tweaked top 100 listing, to sort by classes as well.
- Modifying some of the Drakor interface, now instead of reloading side bars, and top frames to update small bits of information, it's now being updated through Javascript and Dynamic HTML commands. This should cut down on the bandwidth that is being used by the game.
- Modified how the drop down for healing potions work, now you have an inputbox that only allows numbers from 1-999 can be entered and it will save your last used number everytime you start a session in the game.
- Fixed Bug: with Mozilla browsers for the Navigational buttons not turning to yellow when you move the mouse over them
- Fixed Bug: Wouldn't show maxxed skill in the 25+ extended skills if you had it maxxed out.
- Fixed Bug: Fixed the Return Attack issue (it wasn't working as of a few patches ago)
- Moved Database over from Access DB to SQL Server 2000 for the Game System. This should remedy some random jet database errors that you get sometimes on the site.
- Updated Paper texture for the storyline, scrolls, etc that you find/read throughout Drakor.
- Full Integrated Web-based Game Content Management system, this will allow us to add content directly onto our test server from anywhere, and keep a central copy of the newest release of the Drakor world.
This will make it very easy for us to add more monsters, more loot, more areas to explore, quests, etc. Instead of entering it directly into the Database like I used to do it.
- Game Requirements added to main Drakor introduction screen, and also the browsers we support for any Game-related issues.
December 3rd, 2004 - v0.091 ALPHA Release (no content)
- Instant Messenger v0.02 Released, now supports quoting of the IM that you are Replying too. So if you don't end up
getting the reply for a few days you will still know what you were talking about.

- Arenas also have Arena Stats, top points leaders in each Arena, Recent battle history in the arena your in, and more.
- Augment System v0.01 added, this system you will be able to get augments for Equipment that make your items better.
These Augs are found in Arenas after you turn your Arena Points into the Arena Merchant for various different Augments.
Another way to progress your character.
- 3 Arenas entered into the game, that cover levels 1-65 - Over 40 Augments Entered into the Game so far, many more to come.
- Fixed bug, that when you finish a battle, and you press the "continue" button and it loads into another battle directly
instead of showing you the loot from your battle.
- Fixed bug, when you are fighting a boss mob or another mob, after defeating it, you could press the Back button to
re-battle the boss or another random Trash. This has been fixed as you shouldn't be able to battle boss mobs multiple times
unless that is the intent of the encounter.
- Fixed bug, now, lower level characters that don't have any skill points into combat won't hit for "Critical hits".
- Modified the Top 100 Players page, now you can sort by multiple attributes, and it also shows the attributes you sort by
in the Top 100 listing. I also added the header of the top 100 after every 10 players listed on the page.
- Added a small encryption to the variables that are passed from page to page, just to increase security around passing
variables to other pages.

- Extra Hit Points Skill - tweaked down to 20% per level instead of 25%
- Extended Skills (25+) now, only allow you to get extended skills after you've already spent at least 25 points into your
core/abilities. as this is how they were intended to be used.
- Modified the Drop down menu Animation, now it slides down, instead of just appears.
- Tweaked Supreme healing a bit, as it was just too powerful.
- Modified / Tweaked the Con system, now Reds get harder, the more levels they are higher than you. So be careful, not to just jump into battle with any Red monster.
- Tons of Code re-writes, to better functions and more performance oriented code. Keep an eye out for bugs because this is
a massive patch (code-wise).
